About the Program
SENTECH is pleased to invite U.S.-based research laboratories and academic institutions to apply for a unique opportunity to host a SENresearch 4.0 Spectroscopic Ellipsometer. This program is designed to support cutting-edge materials characterisation research relevant to semiconductor applications.
Program Overview
A selected institution will be granted access to a SENresearch 4.0 system for use in their own laboratory to support original research projects.
The program aims to:
- Enable high-impact academic research in semiconductor materials
- Foster collaboration between academia and industry
- Support the development of next-generation electronic materials and devices

The application process opens on 1 April 2026 and closes on 30 September 2026.
We will provide interested institutions with an application form. The form should be completed and returned on or before the deadline date. Applications received after this time will not be considered.
