The 9th International Conference ALD FOR INDUSTRY will again bridge the gap between fundamental science, industrialisation and commercialisation of this technology. Atomic layer deposition (ALD) is a process for depositing a variety of thin film materials from the vapour phase of matter. The growth of this technology is not limited to microelectronics applications, but also extends to areas such as industrial Li-ion batteries, photovoltaics, optics, light, biomedicine, and quantum technology. The Conference allows delegates to network and learn more about the fundamentals of ALD technology and recent progress in the field.
